Over the course of his career he has been the Managing Director and CEO of various companies in start-up; turnaround; and expansion phases and has extensive hands-on operational experience in the areas of strategy, business planning, marketing and international business development of technically complex products and services.

His experience in aviation and related industries spans a wide range of segments including aircraft manufacturing, business jet operations, advanced ground support equipment and regional airports.

In addition to holding senior management positions with global leaders such Pilatus Aircraft, Bombardier Flexjet and Gulfstream Aerospace he has been on the Board of various start-up’s including an aerospace maintenance software company and Europe’s first commercial seaplane operator.

With a BA (Honours) degree in Modern Languages he is fluent in French and Spanish having successfully leading multicultural sales teams.

He is a Fellow of the Royal Aeronautical Society and holds a Private Pilot’s Licence.
